Stylish decor, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, tasty food, and a great central location. The pool was so wonderful. oh wait, it's only open in June. How convenient!

Just wish I had more time to enjoy this lovely hotel and its closed pool. How thoughtful of them to not mention it in the listing!

Very comfortable hotel and excellent value for money, clean, can't really find anything negative to say. Didn't try the food at the hotel but the beer was fine! Would recommend it....

Centrally located hotel with a spacious and elegant entrance hall. decoration is pleasant as well as the treatment of the receptionist. bed is comfortable and bathroom is spacious.

we first came to the room at night it was cold because the window was ajar. There's a control with three speeds of ventilation and an off position. From 23:30 onwards the heating seemed not to heat up and air felt as if it were cold. There were no blankets inside the cabinet. They did not put towels for the third bed in the triple room (for three adults). We did not go down to the reception to ask for them because it was already late. bar of soap was not of good quality. There was no shower cap but there were other items such as a comb, razor, shoe polishing sponge, shampoo, tissues.. room they gave us was noisy because it was on the breakfast floor next to the elevator and you could hear people asking questions.

As a budget traveler, I found the Hotel Santa Cecilia to be a great choice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The decor had a stylish and traditional feel, which I loved. The food at the hotel was also very good. The central location was convenient, and the parking was cheap at 7€. I found the hotel to be a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Felt snug, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a larger room than normal with large bathroom and corner bath. However the breakfast was very basic, nit what one would expect from a 4* Hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful.The location was excellent for the bus/coach station and the town centre. The bar had a good steady flow of customers creating a good atmosphere. It was well worth having a superior room for the extra space and large bathroom.

The hairdryer needs to be updated. More varied range for breakfast plus tea/coffee machine.

This hotel was perfect for attending a town hall meeting as it offers 7 conference rooms of various sizes, accommodating up to 400 people. The business center, complimentary newspapers, and dry cleaning/laundry services were also convenient.

The only drawback was the lack of a 24-hour room service, which would have been helpful for my work needs.

The bar breakfast was very good and reasonably priced

Great location, close to main plazas and attractions. Some rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The breakfast included a variety of foods, from cereals to meats and cheeses. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants.

Some rooms have thin walls, which can be noisy and lead to sleep disturbances. The parking situation was difficult and inconvenient;

The rooms at Hotel Santa Cecilia are simply amazing! They have beautiful dark wood floors that give them a warm and cozy feeling. As a guest, I felt instantly relaxed and at ease in these comfortable and spacious rooms.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the satellite TV in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Was told as genius would get free welcome drink on arrival- water. This was sorted out by lovely receptionist. Mini-bar was only water, but nice lady took us to bar for a free drink.

The location of the hotel was convenient for us as it was close to the city center and allowed us to walk around and explore the surrounding area. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was included with our stay.

Our room was very disappointing. The sheets on the bed were stained and the room itself was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.

We happened on this Hotel by accident, just a quick overnight stay on the way on to Santander Wow what a lovely location right in the heart of the City, fantastic parking , easy to find, lovely friendly staff, clean well appointed rooms, Big bonus of a pool (yes in the middle of town ) very welcome in 37 degrees , really nice breakfast by anyones standards, and last of all the price 49 euros inc breakfast and parking..We will return
